Refund policy

Upon time of delivery or pickup, you will be given the opportunity to thoroughly inspect your order. It is your responsibility to inspect prior to accepting to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
All sales are final once your order has been placed.
If you are not fully satisfied when your order arrives, you may request an exchange before the delivery team leaves. A redelivery fee equal to the original delivery charge will apply.
We recommend measuring your space beforehand and ensuring your sofa can fit through all elevators, stairways, and hallways.
